Spokane County Libraries has been a long time collaborative partner with ELLO. Our initial collaboration brought Ello the eagle and his northwest friends to displays above the changing tables in men's and women's restrooms for all 11 county library locations. The displays encourage playful songs, rhymes through back and forth exchanges. Even if your child is not talking back to you they are still communicating through eye gaze, babbles, smiles, and giggles.
